Pros (+) I think we may have been the first occupants of our room, or at least among the first. Everything is brand new and therefore clean and in good working order. We also liked the location 2 blocks off Cuba Street.
Cons (-) The property is still under construction so there is some noise and inconvenience, but they are doing their best. Once finished it will be a nice place. Not much in the way of services, no real public spaces. They should add a full length mirror in the rooms and a better drawer situation for clothes. This type of property often has guests who want to settle in for a few days.
